About Our Facebook Integration
Connexa integrates with Facebook to allow authorized users to publish and manage content on their Facebook Pages. This integration requires access to your Facebook account information as permitted by you during the login process.
What Data We Collect
- Facebook User ID and access tokens (used solely for posting to your authorized Pages)
- Facebook Page IDs and Page names you grant us access to
- Content you create and publish through our platform
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of all your Facebook-related data stored by Connexa using any of the following methods:
- Via Facebook Settings: Go to your Facebook Business Integrations settings and remove Connexa. This will automatically trigger data deletion on our side.
- Via Email: Send a data deletion request to privacy@connexa.com with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request" and include your Facebook User ID or the email associated with your account.
- Via Contact Form: Use our Contact page and specify that you'd like your Facebook data deleted.
What Happens After Deletion
- All Facebook access tokens and Page tokens are permanently revoked and deleted.
- Your Facebook User ID and Page associations are removed from our database.
- Content previously published to Facebook via our platform remains on Facebook (as it belongs to your Page), but our records linking it to your account are deleted.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of receiving your request.
Confirmation
Once your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email (if you requested via email) or you can verify by checking your Facebook Business Integrations page. Connexa will no longer appear as a connected app.
